Star Amerasu is a generational talent whose creativity knows no bounds. the LA-based DJ, singer, comedian, screenwriter, and director can be found electrifying dance floors from Brazil to New York while going viral daily in your social feeds. with almost a decade behind the decks, star fuses house and tech-house energy with a vivid presence, seductive charm, and pop sense of humor. cutting her teeth in the bay area’s underground rave scene, star has built a global reputation for cutting-edge releases like “way of the dolls” (2024) and “carry (i don’t wanna)” (2020) and unforgettable sets for boiler room and clubs like de school and elsewhere. a San Francisco film school graduate, star premiered her short film “after hours”—set in a nightclub bathroom— at the Frameline Film Festival in 2024.
